What is Snap Jewellery? As the name implies, Snap Jewellery is a special type of interchangeable jewellery that uses snaps (or buttons) to change the look of the jewellery piece, whether it's a necklace, bracelet, or ring. The great thing about snaps, is that you can change the snaps and customize your pieces to make them exactly the way you want. By changing the snap colours and designs you can completely change the appearance of your jewellery!

What is a Glass Locket? Glass lockets are magnetically-closing lockets made of stainless steel and glass that hold little "floating" charms. The great thing about them, is that you can customize your locket to make it exactly the way you want it. You can have charms that represent your loved ones, such as their birthstones, or create a special family tree locket with stones and tree charms. Other popular charms include ones representing hobbies and interests. The possibilities really are endless. Your locket can be worn with pride - a true keepsake representing you and you can open it and change up your charms as often as you wish. To clean your Stainless Steel & Glass Locket, simply wipe with a clean dry cloth. 

What is your exchange/refund policy?

We are confidant that you will love your Elanne & Ivy jewellery. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in it’s original condition for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Shipping charges on returns will be the buyer’s responsibility and items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, including packaging and insurance to protect it from damages during transit. If a piece is damaged in any way by the buyer, Elanne & Ivy will not be held responsible. In particular, our glass lockets which are extremely fragile. Glass Lockets are not intended for use by children, and are not intended to be worn under circumstances that they may become damaged, including sleeping, sports, or general rough handling. Glass lockets must be opened and closed with care to ensure that the glass does not break. Additionally, charms must be in a single layer upon closing, or the locket glass may shatter. If a locket is broken due to mishandling by the client, Elanne & Ivy is unable to repair or replace it free of charge.

Elanne & Ivy does not offer refunds, only store credit and exchange.

We would love to help with a special piece of jewellery. If you have an idea in mind, just tell us what it is and we'll make your jewellery as per your specifications. Or, if you want us to do the designing, we can help with that too!
